C-TPAT

C-TPAT is Customs Trade Partnership against Terrorism which is an integrated voluntary movement that promotes cooperative business connection to empower and improve international supply chain and U.S. border security. C-TPAT is an internationally recognized effective means of providing cargo security through integration with international supply chain businesses such as importers, carriers, consolidators, licensed customs brokers, and manufacturers. This initiative brings, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to alert businesses to ensure the integrity of their security practices and prompts security guidelines of their business partners within the supply chain.
